I had the opportunity to work with Katie and Dave twice. Once to purchase a new condo and again to sell my house. They were very patient with me as I turned down many nice condos but not quite right. Finally I found the perfect place and they walked me through the closing process with no snags. Excellent support! Time to put my house on the market. They had many suggestions to get mine ready for market and even helped with the work. A timeline was developed for items to be done. They took as much time as was needed to explain in detail the process of how we would proceed. A few things needed to be resolved after the inspection. I was so thankful for their knowledge and help contacting contractors and getting bids to complete the work. It made everything less stressful. They exceeded my expectations. They were friendly and eager to do whatever it took. I'm grateful that I choose to work with the Egan Keene Team at Shorewest.

Katie and David were so helpful and efficient from the beginning to the end of my experience. I was set up on line to get all condos within my criteria in my email. After visiting many, they were very patient with me, I found my hew home. Dave walked me through closing papers and answered all my questions. I liked The DocuSign for paperwork. So convenient. They made the process very easy.

It is one thing to know your business and another thing altogether to know how your business can affect another person who does not have the day to day expertise they have. In early March 2019 my husband and I contacted Katie in hopes of selling our home and moving out of state. Katie talked us through every step of the process and never made me feel silly for asking stupid questions. Our home sold within hours of our first open house for over asking! Being first-time homebuyers, we started our home search with little direction and information. We were referred to Katie by my husband's boss, and she met with us right away to just get some more information and give us some direction. She was incredibly patient with us along the entire journey, looking at many many houses, sending us new listings, answering all of our questions.
